Arriving at Ennen Eye Center
New Patients
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your registration. Bring your insurance cards, identification, and a list of current medications. While making the appointment, we also need your email address so that we can activate the patient portal. This portal gives you access to complete your registration information, or make any changes to your personal or demographic information.
Current Patients
Please bring your insurance card, identification, and a list of current medications. When you get here, we’ll also verify your email address, which lets us verify active access to your patient portal.
Pay Your Bill
Insurance Information
We verify insurance and out-of-pocket expense information during your check-in process. Any amounts due are collected when you check out after your appointment. We also offer financing through Carecredit.com.
